Fine room with an unfortunate stain in the carpet. Nice view of old ferry dock. Breakfast was good, but service was poor. Asked the server how to pronounce The Black Isle in its native Gaelic. She responded, “I don’t know. I’m not Gaelic.” Such a bitter tone betrayed a great prejudice which I found extremely off putting.
Best hotel i have been to in the highlands i would recommed coming to the hotel. The pub is amazing, beatiful room service
Unfortunately, I can't give more than 5 stars. Darren and Eva were such great hosts, they made all of us feel so welcomed.Their food was outstanding and all the staff were amazing and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodation itself was fabulous and the views and location outstanding. We hope to return sometime in the future.
This is a great family operated hotel, bar and restaurant. The owners, Darren and Eva and the lovely staff that served us were friendly and very helpful. They take pride in their business and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
This was such a quaint little hotel, service was top notch!! Rooms were very clean and stocked with extras. Bartender went above and beyond to create the drinks we were looking for. Loved everything about this 10/10 would recommend!

Been here for lunch and dinner many times over the years. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The food is always delicious and well presented.
Absolutely fabulous place to stay with really comfy bed,peace and quiet, amazing views ,everything you need. Food is always very tasty and large portions. Breakfast was perfect also. Very friendly helpful staff. Reccomending The North Kessock Hotel to all my family and friends.
